SOLUTION
We’re reinventing independent film financing with a Security Token Offering (STO). Investors and fans can participate directly in the revenues of the trilogy through Deep Red Tokens (DRED) — transparent, regulated, and tied to real film revenues. This allows us to finance production upfront, focus on making the films, and grow the audience. What we bring to market is not just a film, but a trilogy with a built-in fan base.
OPPORTUNITY
There’s time to join — but the earlier you do, the better the deal. We are currently in the pre-round stage, where we’ve already raised the amount shown in the progress bar above. From a minimum €250,000 target, we aim to secure the full amount by the end of 2025 to prepare the STO campaign and launch the marketing engine.

We will finance the trilogy through a Security Token Offering (STO), issuing 20 million Deep Red Tokens (DRED) to cover both the production budget and fan-driven marketing. The DEEP RED STO will be open to professional investors and private individuals across the European Economic Area (EEA), as well as in Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In the pre-round, the minimum investment is €2,000 — offering a lower token price, Primary Producer credit, and earlier payback potential.
