With a Master’s in Economics and a background in advertising, he transitioned into cinema in the late ’90s, co-producing acclaimed titles like Dancer in the Dark and Everlasting Moments.
His breakthrough in genre filmmaking came with Jade Warrior, followed by the cult hit Iron Sky — a milestone in fan-driven, crowdfunded cinema. In 2022, he produced Mad Heidi in Switzerland, financed through blockchain-based crowd investment.
Today, he focuses on developing international projects and pioneering the next era of community-powered film production.
