We are in the final stages of preparing a €10 million Security Token Offering (STO) to finance the production of all three Deep Red films. Regulated under EU law, the STO will enable investors to benefit from automated, tokenized revenue sharing from the trilogy’s net sales, as outlined later in this white paper.

To complete this preparation phase, we are opening, as a proof of concept, a limited private

pre-round to raise minimum €250,000. These funds will be used to create the campaign’s key assets—such as the promo video and podcast series—cover tokenization and platform setup fees, activate our marketing team, write the scripts and prepare the full production and marketing budgets.
