Our distribution approach will be designed together with key partners early in development to align fully with our fan-driven marketing model. Traditional release patterns are rapidly changing, and Deep Red’s launch — planned for 2029 — must meet audiences where they are, not where they were.  We aim to build a flexible, hybrid distribution plan that combines global digital platforms, event-style theatrical releases, and direct-to-fan models. By collaborating early with distributors who understand both data-driven reach and community engagement, we can ensure that Deep Red’s release strategy remains viable and profitable in the evolving media landscape 3–4 years from now.

Under EU and most international frameworks, professional (institutional or qualified) investors can participate globally, while retail (private individual) investors are usually limited to EEA + Switzerland + UK due to securities regulations.

The main risk is simple: can we reach €5 million, the halfway point of our €10 million STO? If we do, all pre-round investments convert into a loan repaid at halfway — and investors keep their tokens for future revenues. Iron Sky proved this level of community funding is achievable. Early backers gain protection, upside, and a free stake in Deep Red’s success.

Deep Red will be produced as a trilogy of three feature films shot back-to-back — one continuous production and post-production pipeline. This approach allows us to save millions in production costs, maximize crew, cast and location efficiency.

The combined production budget is €15 million (€5M per film), financed through our Security Token Offering (STO). Shared resources — sets, costumes, VFX, and production infrastructure — reduce overhead by an estimated 25–30% compared to producing three separate films.
